Information we use

When you create or use an account, our sign-in provider, Clerk, processes your account information and authentication details. PropsForAll uses your account identifier and email address, and may display your name and profile picture. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic identity information such as your name, email address and profile picture through Clerk. Google sign-in does not give PropsForAll access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files, or other Google content. We use this identity information to sign you in, display your account and connect it with your membership.

Stripe processes payment details and subscription transactions. Our application stores identifiers that connect your account with Stripe, membership-related records, trial eligibility and your subscription eligibility/terms confirmation. We do not store full payment-card numbers or security codes in our application database. Stripe may provide billing and payment-status information needed to manage your subscription, resolve billing issues and prevent duplicate charges.

Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and logs to deliver and protect the service. If you contact support, we receive what you send us. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email.

Cookies and optional analytics

Cookies and similar technologies are used where needed for sign-in, security and payment functionality. Our site also stores your analytics preference in your browser. Optional Google Analytics helps us understand use of the public signal board; it loads only after you allow analytics on that browser. You can change that choice using Analytics preferences on the site. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from using the service. We do not intentionally send account email addresses or payment details to Google Analytics, and our configuration disables advertising personalization and Google Signals.

How information is used and shared

We use information to deliver the website, authenticate accounts, manage trials and subscriptions, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems and meet legal obligations. Service providers including Clerk, Stripe, Google Analytics when enabled, and hosting/infrastructure providers process information for these functions under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Third-party sign-in and checkout pages have their own privacy practices. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or others.

We do not sell Google sign-in information or use it for personalized advertising. We do not request access to Google services beyond basic sign-in information.

Retention, security and your choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including billing records, legal obligations, security and prevention of repeated trial abuse. Retention may differ between record types and service providers. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update account information through your account controls and contact propsforall7@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal, accounting or security reasons. Account deletion and cancellation are different: cancel your subscription through Manage or cancel subscription, or contact support for help stopping renewal. We will honor applicable privacy rights.

Paid subscriptions are offered only to U.S. residents aged 21 or older. The service is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We will post policy updates here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required.
